Whenever we eat out nowadays, every restaurant has wrap sandwiches on the menu. We like them, they are pretty and healthy and use up a variety of ingredients, so every couple of weeks, as I meal plan, I make just a smidge extra so that we have a nice plate of wrap ingredients for one supper or weekend lunch. This is especially nice on busy Wednesday nights when we don't get to eat until after evening church, getting home at 8:30!!
Anything can go into a wrap sandwich, and they can be hot or cold, so we feel free to get really creative. It's such a fun way to use up leftovers, and makes full use of my kitchen mantra...the last drop!

We do this occasionally. It's nice to do something different.
By the way, Amy, you're a lot of fun. :~)
Great idea!

Great Idea! I should try this sometime. I know of some who like the Ezekial brand of wraps that are made from sprouted grains (I haven't tried them yet). This would make a very healthy and yummy meal! Thanks!
Excellent tip. I love crab in my wraps!
